What is my child learning?
The curriculum map provides information for parents who want to know what their child is learning. The map gives a general overview of what is being taught each grading period in the core subjects (English, Math, Science, Social Studies) for every grade level (PK-12) in the district.

Tarkington ISD offers career and technical education programs in Animal Science, Agricultural Technology and Mechanical Systems, Plant Science, Construction Management and Inspection, Digital Communications, Business Management, Teaching and Training, Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services, Culinary Arts, and Welding. Admission to these programs is based on interest, aptitude, age appropriateness, and class size available.
